You can use a bonus action to manifest a melee power attack that deals 1d4 + your Constitution modifier bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage. You still add your Strength or Dexterity to damage as well.

The damage type is chosen when the power is activated but can be changed every round with your bonus action.

This is considered an unarmed attack, and if you have an unarmed strike that deals damage expressed in dice, then you can add this damage to it (adding your Strength or Dexterity and Constitution modifiers only once).

At Higher Levels. Your damage increases as you gain levels. At 5th level you deal 2d4 damage. At 11th you deal 3d4. At 17th you deal 4d4.
