You can strengthen the emotions that a creature is experiencing. Select a beast, giant, humanoid, or monstrosity you can see within range within range to make a Wisdom saving throw. If the target fails this save, whatever emotion it is experiencing is amplified. A happy creature will laugh, a sad creature will cry. If the target isn't feeling any particular emotions, this power has no influence.

  • If the target is Frightened, it falls Prone.
  • If the target is Charmed, it regards the charmer as a close friend.
  • If the target is hostile or angry, it attacks.

The GM may determine other effects based on specific emotions or circumstances.

This power has no effect on constructs, oozes, plants, or undead.

At Higher Levels: When you activate this power using a power slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st. Additionally, when activated at 2nd level, it can affect dragons, elementals, and fey. When activated at 4th level, it can affect aberrations, celestials, and fiends.
