You manifest a club of ice for the duration which deals 1d8 damage, half of which is cold damage and half bludgeoning damage (for odd results, you can select which type of damage the additional point is). You can use your power ability instead of Strength or Dexterity for the attack and damage rolls of melee attacks using that weapon. Using it is a melee power attack. The power ends if you activate it again or if you let go of the weapon.

At Higher Levels. This weapon's minimum damage increases by at 5th level to 2d8, at 11th level to 3d8, and at 17th level to 4d8.
