Living Lightning

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 round

You can transform into living lightning for the duration of this power. You gain the following benefits while this power is active until the end of your next turn:

  • If a creature hits you with an unarmed strike or a metal melee weapon attack or if you hit a creature with an unarmed strike or a metal melee weapon, the creature takes 1d6 + you power ability modifier lightning damage.
  • You can use your move action to fly up to 20 feet in a straight line, passing through targets along your path and dealing 1d6 + you power ability modifier lightning damage to them. The targets can make a Dexterity saving throw for half damage. This ends the power, forcing you to become flesh and blood in an unoccupied space adjacent to the final target.
  • You can pass through any conductive object, such as a steel door or an iron barricade, that is no more than 3 inches thick ending your movement on the opposite side. If the space where you exit is occupied, both you and the object or creature occupying the space take 1d12 + your power ability modifier and are prone.

At Higher Levels. When you trigger this power with a power slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each level. You can also choose to either fly an additional 10 feet per level above 1st, increases the duration by 1 round for each level above first, or combine these effects (e.g.: you can increase the duration by 1 round and the distance by 10 feet as a 3rd level power slot).
