Duration: Instantaneous

Immediately after reducing an enemy to 0 Hit Points, you select a creature in range and activate this power with a fearsome yell or threatening gleam. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against either your power save DC or your Charisma (Intimidation) check (chosen when you activate the power). If it fails, the target takes 1d4 psychic damage and is Frightened of you until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. This power’s damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
