Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes

You fill the area surrounding you within a 15-foot radius with psychic energy for the duration causing others to have difficulty moving through it. When you activate this power, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it. To the affected creatures, the area appears to be on fire, broken with deep crevasses, covered in thorny briars, or otherwise difficult terrain as you desire. An affected creature’s speed is halved in the area, and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 psychic damage.

At Higher Levels. The damage increases by 1d8 for each level above 3rd.
