Choose one creature, object, or power effect within range. Any fire-based power 3rd level or lower on the target ends. For each power with a level higher in effect on the target, make a power check. The DC equals 10 + the power’s level. On a success, the power fails and has no effect.

If the flame is a natural fire caused by burning materials such as wood or oil, treat the power level as 1 per two damage dice.

At Higher Levels. When you activate this power using a slot of 4th level or higher, you automatically end the effects of a power on the target if the power’s level is equal to or less than the level of the power slot you used.
