Radial Port Assault

You can combine your teleportation and melee attacks to strike every creature within a 20-foot radius. All targets in the area must make a Dexterity save against your power save DC or take 2d8 + your power ability modifier damage. This damage is typically bludgeoning (unarmed strike) but if the same as the weapon in your hand. On a successful save, the target takes only half damage.

When the attack is complete you can either end in the same space where you began or spend your move action to end at any point within range.

At Higher Levels: This power's damage increases by 1d8 each additional power level above 2nd.
