Super-Wisdom

3rd-level ability increase (base power)

Activation Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Duration: 1 hour

This is a super-ability and grants you the following benefits:

  • Double Wisdom. You roll twice when making Wisdom checks, Wisdom saves, and Wisdom-based attack rolls and take the higher. This does not count as advantage. If you have advantage, roll one additional time.
  • Inhumanly Wise. You always win opposed Wisdom checks against opponents without Super-Wisdom.
  • Reliable Wisdom. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 6 instead.
  • Reserve of Wisdom. While this power is active, as a bonus action, you can add 1d4 + your proficiency bonus to one Wisdom check, Wisdom-based attack, or Wisdom saving throw DC. You cannot use this feature again until you have completed a short or long rest.
  • Stalwart Wisdom. Once you have been Charmed or Frightened, at the beginning of your next turn, you may make a saving throw to end this condition. If you would normally be allowed to make such a save, you have advantage. You cannot use this feature again until you have completed a short or long rest.
  • World Wise. You can replace Intelligence for the Investigation skill and Charisma for the Persuasion skill with your Wisdom.

You must have the Great-Wisdom base power to take this as a base power. You do not recover the power slot or prepared power that you gave up for Great-Wisdom but must give up an additional 3rd-level power slot and prepared power to take this as a base power.

The benefits of this power do not stack with Great-Wisdom. You only retain the Great Dedication and Saving Wisdom feature from Great-Wisdom.

At higher levels. When you trigger this power using a power slot at higher levels, you gain additional benefits.

  • 4th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 8 instead. Additionally, you can use your Stalwart Wisdom feature twice.
  • 5th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 10 instead. Also, you can use your Reserve of Wisdom feature twice.
  • 6th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 12 instead. Additionally, you can use your Stalwart Wisdom feature three times.
  • 7th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 14 instead. Also, you can use your Reserve of Wisdom feature three times.
  • 8th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 16 instead. Additionally, you can use your Stalwart Wisdom feature four times.
  • 9th level. When you roll a Wisdom check, you can take a roll of 18 instead. Also, you can use your Reserve of Wisdom feature four times.
