Robo-Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +4* to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1 + 5) bludgeoning damage. The target must make a Strength saving throw DC 14 or be pushed 10 feet in any direction and knocked prone.

Claw-Reel. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is Grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the creature is Restrained and pulled 20 feet closer to the Toy Master, and the Toy Master can’t constrict another target.
* The limited movement of the suit applies a -3 penalty to attacks.


Blaise Lefebvre is a French-born robotics expert who turned to crime after losing his contract with Space-Aeronautics Firm Quantum Frontiers. The loss of the contract cost him millions, and crime was the surest way he saw to recoup his losses, as well as an excellent opportunity for revenge. He took on the nom de guerre Technique, using his advanced technology to commit crimes.
